Should you do business with someone who advertises themselves as a “Christian Business”?
Do you have any related horror stories or positive testimonies about doing business with other Christians?

Stu, the early church used no such symbols, in around the 2nd century did the symbol become common. At this point the symbol carries little meaning in our society, if people don’t know what the acronym means they should not use it.

All other things being equal, I think it’s a lot easier to share Jesus with someone who is not a Christian — or at least have more of an opportunity to see them come to Christ if you do business with them and share Christ with them while doing so.
But if you ask if would I advertise my business on Christian Radio instead of advertising it on secular radio? Well … if the demographics were right I’d prefer to do so. Unfortunately, many times that’s not the issue. The issue with some stations seems to be “support Christian radio with your ads (with not much regard to the results)” and to me, that’s not wise stewardship.
On other day-to-day business, I like to vary the businesses I patronize to be able to witness to a wider variety of folks.

Sorry … this is a dumb question. But you asked, so yes and yes.

I am not a fish person. I would like for you to think about one thing.
There is hypocrisy in claiming on one hand to be proclaiming truth (fish symbols, christian radio shows, etc.) to draw a crowd while selling goods for profit(snake oil potions, bottled water, etc.) on the other.
Hope the shoe fits.
